SSG FAQ's (freqently asked questions)

1) What is a Database record within the context of "Create content"?

2) How much of the information given within the web pages is available to the casual web site visitor, i.e. a non SSG member?

1. This was an error and I have now removed the link. The database record is an accession record from the SSG catalogue. Quite a loose definition.
2. A non-SSG member can see information relating to the history of our surname, details of our publications (but not the publications themselves), forum posts (read only), membership and contact information. The idea is to draw in a wide range of researchers and whet their appetites for more. I'd be interested in knowing if others think we have the balance right here.
